The application stores account details, organization information, pigeon and care records, uploaded files, and audit events. Session cookies support sign-in and protect forms.

Visibility and sharing

Organization data is restricted to its authorized members. A member with editing permission can publish a pigeon profile. Public profiles exclude private notes and documents. Certificate verification links reveal limited issue and pigeon details to anyone holding the link.

Service providers

Email is delivered through the configured mail service. If AI scanning is enabled, uploaded certificate images are sent to the configured extraction provider. Payment provider details must be disclosed when billing is enabled.

Access and deletion

Use exports to obtain your records. Contact the platform operator about corrections, deletion, storage location, retention periods, and applicable privacy rights.
